Where do I begin? The parking situation is puzzling. How can it be full before the game starts? We ended up using Valet Parking. Once inside the stadium, a standout feature is the TriTip Cart. The food is excellent, and the service is good. Contrast that with the typical food vendors -- spending 2 1/2 innings for a large soft drink is unacceptable. It's almost the All Star break, and the staff struggles with food vouchers. Isn't that essentially the same as cash or credit card?
Moving on to the game itself: What's going on with the team? Are they unable to recruit competitive players? Out of the 6 games we've seen, only one had a close score. It's hard to believe this team was once conference champions for several years. The staff seems disengaged with the public, just doing the bare minimum. I've been supporting Mason Jennings since day one. The ushers are hardly around, and when they are, they seem clustered together chatting. Dinger used to interact with everyone, but now he only appears for between-innings entertainment. Is this lack of engagement coming from the top management? Have they even walked through the park during a game? Apart from July 3rd, attendance has been lacking.
